"There are no more excuses ... you can now make a difference, with the click of a mouse" --Kofi Anan, General Secretary of the United Nations, speaking at the NetAid Concert

I apologize for my neglect of these pages. I’ve begun adding and cleaning them up and will continue to keep them up to date. I was my aunt’s caregiver and lost her. This was followed a month later by our loss of our darling Lori Beth to SIDS. I think I rather lost myself for a while after that. Things are beginning to get more or less back to normal and I’ll do better, I promise.  –Pam, November 3, 2002

I've checked these as closely as possible; please let me know if the links are not working. You can mail me with new links, too, at pamelad@mindless.com.

Netaid.org Please visit this site to see if there’s something you can contribute personally to help in many good causes. It’s not a ‘click to donate free’ site. They ask that you get involved, donate your time and your talents to help in many ways. The Jubilee 2000 Petition is here, too. Even if you decide not to join, the pages are full of information and ways to help and are well worth checking out.

Organization of the category pages: Simple one-click donations are listed first. Sites that donate when used for searches alone come next. Donations that require clicking on a sponsor’s banner or anything else that opens a new window or leaves the site are listed next. Third are those that are shopping portals or generate funds by sending ecards or joining an online service. ‘Services’ are those web sites with no donations but that benefit by the services they offer.

Note: It has been suggested that I not list sites that generate donations to research facilities where animals are used in testing. If this concerns you, please see the listings at http://www.charitiesinfo.org/. If it concerns you enough, write and protest their use of animals in experimentation. I will continue to list which site donates to which charity, as far as I am able to determine. (The American Cancer Society responded to my enquiry with this email message.)

Some friends are very kindly designing banners and buttons for those who want to link to this site. The first one is done! You can copy it from the buttons page. Just insert it into your page with a hyperlink to this page.

Thanks for using this site, for taking the time to donate, and for your very encouraging emails!
